Characteristic:
Frame bending machine is essential equipment for shipbuilding. Good processing machine is guarantee for processing quality, high efficiency and less labor strength. In order to meet the demand of shipyard, a new type “JXS-250 PLC Frame Bending Machine ” was developed. It is integration our many year’s technique and experience. The main features of the machine is listed as following:
(1) It has two machine hand arms, which can hold smart the profile, feeding forward and backward by means of swinging around. At mean time, it can perform a series of complex actions, as well as vertical pre-bending, horizontal bending. Various deformations during the process can be controlled efficiently.
(2) In common, one person can operate this machine along with one person responsible for loading the profile. Bulbs, angles plate, and T sections can be processed. Convex (also named forward bending), concave (also named backward bending) and S-shaped contours frame with high quality can be produced. It is easy to use, and high in efficiency.
